How to Check If Your Client Has Provided Their Electronic Signature and Initials

1. Navigate to your client’s profile.

Their profile will show as incomplete if there are no signature and initials on file for them. You will be prompted to continue set-up each time you go to their profile.

2. Click the prompt “here to continue set-up”

3. Click Collect Client Signature. You can also review when you last sent notice to the client to provide their signature and initials.

4. Identify which method you wish to use to collect their signature and initials.
