How to Submit a Request (Digital Records)

1. Navigate to your client's profile.

2. Click the "+Digital Retrieval" button on the client's profile.



3. Select the Provider (network) you wish to request from.




4. Add any internal descriptors/labels for your own filling purposes.




5. Click "Review & Submit". You can also select "Add to Action Items" if you're not ready to submit the request now.



6. Review the request's authorizations and select "Agree and Submit".




7. The request is now complete! You can now click "View Request Details" to review the request you just submitted or "New Request" to place another request for your client.
