How to Re-assign Requests to Another User:

You can now transfer Medchart requests to your colleagues! Whether you are going away on vacation or simply handing over a client's file to a co-worker, you can easily change who a request is assigned to with just a few clicks.

The following steps below will show you how to do so: 


1. Enter the request ID number in the search bar and then click on the request. If you do not know the request ID number, you can search the client’s name and locate the request from their profile. 


 2. Under the Request Details section, there should be a visible pencil icon next to the name of the user who is currently assigned to the request. By clicking the Pencil icon, you will now be able to re-assign the request to another user. 

 

 


3. Use the drop-down menu to select which user the request should be managed by and then click Save.










4. The Request Assigned to field will now be updated. The staff user you selected will now receive all email notifications relating to this request.
