How to Create a Medchart Account

1. Go to Medchart home page, medchart.com. 



2. Click the “Get Started” button.


3. Enter your Organization information.

Note: Please ensure your Organization Type is set to Lawyer before completing the form.
 




 4.  Enter the account’s Administrator Information and then click “Submit.” 

    

Please note that the email address should be a work email address, not a personal  email address. 




Congratulations! You have completed the account creation process! The person identified as the Account Administrator will receive an email from Medchart asking them to confirm their account. Please ensure the Administrator checks their inbox and Junk/Spam folders to confirm the firm’s new Medchart account.
